Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups self-rising flour
    1 cup shortening
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups buttermilk (room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening with fork.
    Add salt and buttermilk. Shake some flour on waxed paper and pat out dough about an inch thick. Cut out biscuits with a plastic drinking glass for whatever size you want.
    Bake in a greased pan at 350 until done.
