Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1 carrot, grated
1 pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. whole mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Put salt on cabbage. Let stand 1 hour.
Squeeze out and add carrot pepper.
Combine vinegar, water, mustard seed, celery seed and sugar.
Combine all and boil 1 minute.
Cool to lukewarm and pour over slaw.
Put in containers and freeze.
