Maple Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. brown sugar or maple sugar (can be half and half)
    1 c. cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 c. nuts, cut up
    Christmas cake citrus candy
Preparation
    Boil sugar and cream until it forms soft ball in cold water. Beat until light and add nuts.
    Add cut up Christmas cake citrus candy.
    Add flavoring and turn onto buttered dish.
    Make squares.
