Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    4 c. chopped zucchini
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. red wine (optional) or 1/2 c. water
    2 c. green and red peppers
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook celery and sausage.
    Add rest of ingredients except peppers.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Add peppers and cook 10 minutes longer.
    Serve with grated cheese on top; serve with warm bread. This is delicious.
