Ingredients

3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
water
3 eggs
vanilla extract
Preparation

Melt the chocolate, very gently, in a few drops of water. Don't stir it!
The best way is to microwave it at 60% power until melted.
Let cool to tepid (room temperature).
Add then 2 egg yolks and a few drops of vanilla extract and stir gently.
Beat the 3 egg whites until very firm, add to chocolate mixture, folding in gently.
Finally spoon into serving dishes and chill until set, a few hours.
