Broiled Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 salmon steaks
1/3 c. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. finely chopped dill
Preparation

Put salmon steaks on a broiling pan.
Mash the butter and work the lemon juice through it.
Then lightly brush one side of steaks with this mixture.
Sprinkle with half of the dill.
Broil for 5 or 6 minutes on one side and then turn over carefully and spread rest of butter over the salmon and sprinkle rest of dill.
Broil for 2 or 3 minutes.
It is done when fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4 people.
