Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk or cream

Preparation

Combine all ingredients above; mix well. Spoon into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Cover with topping.
