Cocoa Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and cocoa in a pan.
    Add sufficient water to make paste, then add remainder of water.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 3 minutes.
    Pour at once into jar.
    Makes 2 cups.
