Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bulk sausage (can be omitted or substituted with ham or bacon)
    6 well beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Prepare one day ahead of time.
    Cube bread into 1 1/2-inch square pieces and place in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Fry and drain meat.
    Crumble it evenly over bread layer.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over meat layer.
    Combine eggs, salt, milk, dry mustard and drizzle evenly over bread, meat and cheese.
    Cover with foil and allow it to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Great for weekend guests or holiday brunch.)
