Cranberry-Mallows Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 3/4 c. (1 lb. can) whole cranberry sauce
    1 c. (8 3/4 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drained
    9-inch graham cracker crust
    2 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    few drops green food coloring (optional)
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.
    Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in the cranberry sauce and pineapple. Pour into chilled crust.
    Chill until firm.
    Melt the marshmallows with the milk in double boiler. Stir until smooth.
    Add the vanilla and food coloring.
    Chill until thickened.
    Mix until well blended.
    Fold in the whipped cream.
    Spread over pie filling. Chill until firm.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
