Change Of Pace Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pieces thin round steak, tenderized
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. bell pepper (optional)
1 can tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown steak in electric skillet or on stove. Remove excess grease. Add chopped celery and onions. Pour on top of steak; add tomato sauce. Cover and let simmer until vegetables are cooked as you desire. If needed, add some water so sauce is plentiful. May be served over rice or mashed potatoes.
