Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick and foamy.
    Stir in the zucchini and the crushed pineapple.
    Combine the flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg, and add to the zucchini mixture.
    Stir in the chopped nuts.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
