Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen hash browns
16 oz. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 medium onion, grated
3 c. mild shredded Cheddar
1/2 stick butter
fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except 1 cup cheese for topping. Dot with butter.
Place in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top. Top with some Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
