Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the last 2 ingredients together and set aside. Mix the first 7 ingredients. Chill dough. Roll dough into balls (teaspoon size). Roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet 2-inches apart. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
