Chocolate Chunk-Peanut Butter Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    6 (2.16 oz.) chocolate covered crispy peanut butter candy bars, crushed
    3 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed of an electric mixer.
    Add sugar and peanut butter; beat well.
    Stir in candy bars and evaporated milk, mixing until combined.
    Stir in milk.
    Pour mixture into freezer can of a 5-quart hand-turned or electric freezer.
    Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
    Let ice cream ripen at least 1 hour.
    Yields about 1 gallon.
