Baked Mock Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Add the onions, celery and soups to the ground beef. Rinse cans with the warm water. Add the rice and soy sauce. Pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, then sprinkle top with chow mein noodles and bake another 15 minutes longer.
