Double Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 lb. frying chicken, rinsed and dried
Preparation
    Mix egg and milk.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in the egg batter, then in the crushed corn flakes.
    Place a single layer, skin side up in a greased or foil lined pan.
    Drip melted butter on top of chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Do not cover the pan or turn chicken while baking.
