Cheese Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1/4 lb. packaged processed cheese, cubed
3/4 to 1 c. evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
soft butter or margarine
salad oil
Preparation

Wash potatoes and dry.
Rub lightly with salad oil.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes (or microwave according to directions). When done, cut in halves and scoop out insides.
Mash potatoes. Add evaporated milk and whip until light and fluffy.
Add remaining seasonings.
Fold in cheese and spread top with butter. Brown about 10 minutes (or sprinkle with paprika and microwave just until cheese melts).
