Dirt Ball Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cold milk
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O chocolate instant pie filling
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip (8 oz.)
1 graham cracker pie crust
20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1 1/2 c. rocks (use granola chunks, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts or a combination)

Preparation

Pour milk into a bowl.
Add pudding mix; beat 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Stir in 1 cup of the cookies and the \"rocks.\"
Spoon into pie crust.
Sprinkle with remaining cookies.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
Garnish with gumdrop flowers or gummy worms, if desired.
Great kid's party dessert.
