Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. pumpkin
    4 beaten eggs
    2/3 c. cold water
    1 pkg. dates
Preparation
    Stir all dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Make a hole in center; add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix with electric beater until creamy.
    Pour into three well-greased 1 pound coffee cans about 2/3 full.
    Do not flour. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
    One pound loaf pans may be used.
