Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 to 25 lb. turkey
water
1 lb. soda crackers, crushed fine
Preparation

Cook turkey until well done.
Mince it up and add the broth it was cooked in.
Add water if not enough broth to cover meat.
Add soda crackers, which have been crushed fine.
Simmer 1/2 hour. Serves a large group.
Freezes well, too.
