Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 stick butter
    1 carton marshmallow cream
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk and butter in large saucepan.
    Cook and stir until soft ball stage (about 15 minutes after it comes to a boil).
    Then take off heat; add marshmallow cream, chocolate chips and nuts.
    Stir until creamy.
    Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Put in refrigerator until firm.
    Cut when firm.
