Crab And Shrimp Gumbo(Or Shrimp And Okra Gumbo) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. chopped fresh okra
    2 2/3 c. chopped, seeded or fresh tomatoes
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
    2 1/2 qt. boiling water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    4 tsp. salt
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
    hot cooked rice
    hot sauce (red)
Preparation
    Mix oil and flour in pan; cook over low heat, stirring, until gravy is the color of dark brown but not burned.
    Saute onions in 3 tablespoons butter until soft, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in okra; saute until okra is tender, 3 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes; saute 30 minutes.
    Saute green pepper and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter in skillet 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp; saute until pink, 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp mixture and all other mixtures to pot.
    Cook on simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from heat for 10 minutes.
    Eat over rice.
