French Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 boxes tart shells (small shells)
Preparation
    Beat eggs well. Add milk, then sugar and flour; mix well. Add coconut and pour into shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
