Meatballs In Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Form into 3/4 to 1-inch balls.
    Brown in hot fat.
    Put in crock-pot.
