Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

1 pie crust
fresh tomatoes
mayonnaise
Cheddar cheese
1 large onion
Preparation

Bake pie crust golden brown.
Peel and slice tomatoes (enough to fill pie crust).
Drain on paper towel until juice is out. Fill pie crust with tomatoes.
Cover tomatoes with thin slices of onion.
Mix mayonnaise and grated Cheddar cheese together.
(The amount of topping is up to the individual.)
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
