Peppered Beef With Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
    1 lb. beef flank steak or London broil
    10 oz. pkg. asparagus
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    7 green onions, sliced
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Rub half the pepper over the steak.
    Turn and rub remaining pepper on the other side.
    Broil 10 to 15 minutes or until done. Cook asparagus.
