Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms or more
3 oz. cream cheese (soft)
2 Tbsp. margarine (soft)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt to taste
4 to 5 Tbsp. Romano cheese or Parmesan
Preparation

Wash and drain mushrooms; remove stems.
Mix together and put a dab in each mushroom cap.
Put on cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 until they start to brown.
