Spicy Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. peeled, cored, chopped red ripe tomatoes (24)
    1 1/2 c. sweet green peppers (3 medium)
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 to 1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Bring to boil, simmer until thick 1 to 2 hours.
    Stir frequently, pour boiling into jar 1/8-inch headspace.
    Makes 8 pints.
