Microwave Rice 'N Honey Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
1 1/3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. salt
4 rib or loin pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

In
2
quart
(8
x
8-inch) baking dish, combine rice, orange juice,
raisins and salt.
Stir to mix.
Arrange chops on
top, pressing into rice mixture.
Drizzle honey over top. Cook, covered
with
wax paper, 16 minutes or until chops are done.
If desired, remove paper the last two minutes and spoon some
rice over
chops.
Or
after
cooking,
place pan under broiler a few minutes to brown chops. Serves four.
