Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except corn flakes.
    Pour into a buttered glass dish, 9 x 13-inch, then sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake uncovered in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 people.
