Country-Style Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 1/2 lb. country-style spareribs
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until golden brown; stir in next 10 ingredients.
Bring sauce to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Place ribs, meaty side up, on a rack in a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours or until well done, basting with sauce and turning every 30 minutes.
