Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. cream cheese
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drained
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese over low heat until melted.
Stir in gelatin, then onion, celery and shrimp.
Chill in mold until set.
Unmold on plate.
Serve with favorite crackers.
