1 c. quick mix
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 c. canned fruit and juice
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine and mix thoroughly.
Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
Spread melted shortening evenly over batter.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
