Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/8 lb. butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until soft.
    Mash or whip them thoroughly and mix with all other ingredients.
    Put into a buttered baking dish and bake at 300\u00b0 until firm.
    Brown the top under the broiler.
