Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (7 to 8 oz. size) whole Ortega green chilies (4 in each)
    1 lb. Jack cheese
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Wash, devein and remove seeds from chilies, unless you really like them hot.
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan:
    4 chilies, Jack cheese, 4 chilies and Cheddar cheese.
