Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Add sugar, oil, zucchini, pineapple and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan.
