Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 tsp. mustard
    4 to 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Cool, peel and cut up into cubes.
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours.
