Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 soft corn tortillas
    1 can vegeburger
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cover bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish with tortillas.
    Mix vegeburger, beans and tomato sauce together. Spread vegeburger mixture over tortillas.
    Place another layer of tortillas over vegeburger mixture.
    Mix up cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese and egg.
    Spread over tortillas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle rows of cheese, tomato, lettuce, green onions and olives diagonally across the center of casserole.
