Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans kernel corn (best to use leftover corn on cob just cut off)
    onion, diced*
    green pepper, diced*
    2 or 3 Tbsp. maple sugar or 1/2 c. brown sugar
    salt and lots of fresh ground pepper
    peanut oil
Preparation
    Use enough peanut oil to cover bottom of frypan.
    Toss in corn, onion and pepper; stir-fry until translucent.
    Add maple sugar, salt and pepper; stir and mix.
    Serves 4.
