Caramel Cake - cooking recipe

1 Butter Recipe Duncan Hines cake mix
1 box light brown sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 level tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Make cake according to the directions on the box.
Make 3 round layers.
Combine melted butter, milk and brown sugar. Bring to a full boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.\tRemove from heat and
stir
in baking powder and vanilla. Stir icing until cool and
is\tof spreading consistency.
(Can cool quicker if you set pan
in\tcold
water
while you stir.) Spread on layers.
