Ingredients
    8 potatoes, baked, peeled and shredded
    2 cans Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 c. grated Velveeta Lite
    1/3 c. minced onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Can be topped with crushed corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
