Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Put 3 cups strawberries in 9-inch baked pie shell.
Crush 1 cup berries and add 1/2 cup water; bring to boil.
Cook 3 minutes, then add 1 cup sugar and boil another 3 minutes.
Add cornstarch, dissolved in water, and boil 3 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Stir occasionally.
When cool, put in pie shell and chill.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
