Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    6 eggs
    1 lb. sausage or bacon
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Brown sausage or bacon in skillet, stirring, until crumbly.
    Drain well.
    Crumble bread slices in bottom of dish.
    Top with browned sausage or bacon.
    Combine eggs, milk and mustard.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage or bacon layer.
    Pour egg mixture over cheese layer. Let stand 10 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes. (May be made the night before, refrigerated and baked the next morning.)
