Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut fat from pork chops.
    Dredge in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown on both sides in skillet with butter.
    Remove from skillet and place in a 2-quart casserole.
    Empty soup in skillet, stirring well.
    Add water and heat.
    Pour over pork chops.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour or until tender.
