Caramel Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Brown sugar in a skillet; add 1/2 cup water.
    Pour in a baking dish.
    Beat eggs, cream and scalded milk.
    Pour over sugar.
    Sit in pan of water and bake slowly until a knife comes out clean. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
