Beer Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. steak (round or brisket)
    1 c. beer
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Roll steak and place on heavy foil on cookie sheet.
    Puncture the meat roll.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour mixture over meat.
    Roll up foil tightly around meat and beer mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
