Puff Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    4 Tbsp. butter (or you may use 6)
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9-inch pie pan, preferably Pyrex.
    Mix flour, milk, eggs and nutmeg.
    Pour batter into hot, melted butter in pie pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar, lemon juice and fruit or serve with syrup.
    Serve immediately. Serves 2 or 3.
