Cream Lefse(Rommebro) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. whipping cream
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Use enough flour to roll out and bake on lefse plate at medium heat.
