Twice Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes (baked)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
3 c. (24 oz.) sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions chopped
chopped pimento for color
Preparation

Cut baked potatoes into 1 inch cubes and place half in a greased 13 X 9 X 2
inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half of sour cream and half of both cheeses. Repeat Layers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and pimentos.
